  • The ticket prices are as detailed in the Eventbrite registration site pages
  • Access to the conference and conference venue will be limited to "Ticket-Only"
  • Tickets are NOT available for purchase at the conference venue so please do not turn up without a ticket as you will not be allowed to nter
  • Ticket prices are per person attending
  • For all tickets there is no refund after 15 April 2026 as the charity will have been contracted to pay for all tickets ordered.
  • Tickets are NOT transferable unless agreed in advance with Invest in ME Research in writing
  • Any 'People with ME/Carer' and 'Registered Student' concessionary ticket prices will be heavily subsidised by the charity and of limited availability and are offered to those who fit those categories and are not representing any organisation
  • Concessionary Rates may be offered to ME patients or their immediate accompanying carers and to students. The number of concessionary tickets is limited and will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis at the discretion of the charity
  • Those attending who are representing a charity or organisation are expected to pay the general admission rate as the charity is not able to subsidise other organisations
  • The cost of the ticket includes the conference, tea/coffee/refreshments during the morning and afternoon, and hot buffet lunch
  • We will do our best to help with catering requirements but cannot promise that requests can be fulfilled

Registration

Submission of a completed and paid registration to Invest in ME Research will register the application for one ticket covering the attendance day for one person at the event entitled "The 18th Invest in ME Research International ME Conference 2026". Access to the event venue will be limited to "Ticket-Only" and Personal Identification may be required for proof of identity.
By purchasing a ticket you agree for your details to be retained by Invest in ME Research for the purposes of managing this event.

Disabled Access

Disabled access is available at the conference venue but wheelchair places may be limited by the venue owners and delegates are advised to contact the conference venue owners for any specific questions related to accessibility. Please see the venue page for details of the conference venue.

Cancellation

No refunds will be considered for no-shows.
No refunds will be given for earlybird tickets after 5 April 2026.
Refunds will be considered if written notice is received by 5thApril 2026. No refunds will be given after this date.

Only the person named on the ticket may attend the conference.
Tickets may not be transferred.

Invest in ME Research is not liable for any loss, costs or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, any act of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, disease or epidemic, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, or where the health and safety of delegates and organisers is at risk.
Concession Rates are offered to ME patients, their immediate and accompanying carers and students, but the number of concessionary tickets is limited and will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note that the price per ticket is per person attending.
We reserve the right to limit the number of carers attending for one patient due to the limited number of concessionary seats available and to allow these tickets to be fairly allocated.

Confirmation of booking

Attendees will receive an e-ticket containing their unique registration id.
Please bring the confirmation email/letter with you to the conference.

CPD Accreditation CPD accreditation forms will only be supplied to those registering using the Professional category.
